With a simple mission to get underprivileged girls into jobs, we started this initiative in 2020. Here’s our first story from NMKRV College for Women at Jayanagar Bangalore.

MyLittleBit Foundation along with JV Global undertook a progressive Integrated Skill Development Program (ISDP) within the Academic Curriculum of the college for the students studying BCom and Placement for final year students.

The founders of NMKRV believe in the dictum – ‘Educating a girl child is like educating the entire family’.

It’s our delight to note that from 303 final year students, 236 students got placed and 20 students decided to pursue higher education, with the balance still deciding on the next phase of their career. It was a pleasure to be engaged with the college in imparting training on Aptitude Skilling and getting the students job ready with the last mile skills.
