Empowering Women From Degrees to Digital-Ready Careers
From Degrees to Digital-Ready Careers: Reimagining Employability for Young Women in 2026
In a world where AI is reshaping how we learn and work, an important question remains: Are our graduates truly future-ready? @ MyLittleBit, we focus on building employability pathways for young people, especially young women, by connecting education with real industry expectations. Through our flagship initiative Dreams Unlimited – Jobs For Her, we support students in moving from classrooms to careers with confidence, clarity, and industry exposure.
Call to Corporates & Startups
Our final-year students from BCom, BA, BSc, and BCA streams — are open to apprenticeships, internships, training-to-hire roles, and full-time opportunities. We invite organizations interested in engaging with emerging talent to participate in our upcoming placement drives.

Our program equips students with practical employability skills, digital awareness, and workplace readiness. With growing support from corporates and startups, we are creating a stronger and more inclusive talent pipeline.
Impact: During 2025–26, the program has already reached 1,000+ final-year students, delivering 36 hours of employability training integrated within academic schedules, with 25+ placement opportunities currently in the pipeline.
The initiative is being implemented across institutions such as SJR College, National College Basavanagudi, and Vasavi Group of Institutions, strengthening collaboration between academia and industry.
Since 2019, the impact continues to grow — 5,100+ students trained through 216 hours of employability learning, and 2,000+ students offered job opportunities through our ecosystem (excluding the current 2025–26 batch).
Sometimes the impact is best captured in a student’s words:
“This program helped me clear an aptitude test I was struggling with.” – Student, Vasavi Institution.
This initiative is supported by partners including Sasken CSR Team, JV Global & Sanmitra, Imperial Technologies, along with committed faculty collaborators.
When young women gain access to the right skills and opportunities, they don’t just find jobs — they build independent, confident futures. Let’s continue bridging education and employment together.
