Mindful Thinking Workshop – @ Dharmasagara High School, Dommasandra, Bangalore

We recently conducted an enriching Mindful Thinking Workshop for 10th grade students and young adults in collaboration with Prithviraj Baner Jee, author of Mindful Thinking and a long-time practitioner of mindfulness and conscious living along with  Anisha Mahajan.

The session introduced participants to simple, practical mindfulness techniques designed to improve focus, emotional balance, and self-awareness in today’s fast-paced digital world. Through engaging activities and reflective exercises, students explored ways to manage thoughts, build inner calm, and develop emotional resilience.

Conducted in association with MindGym Initiative, the workshop reflected their mission of making mindfulness accessible, relatable, and impactful for young minds. The session was interactive, energising, and thoughtfully designed to keep children and young adults fully engaged.
