On 28 March 2026, we hosted an impactful Industry Interaction Session that brought together nearly 1000 students from our associated colleges to gain real-world insights into today’s evolving industry landscape and career opportunities.

This interaction followed the successful completion of a 36-hour Pre-Placement Training Program on Employability & Aptitude Skills, designed to prepare students for upcoming placement drives and their first professional roles.

We were honored to have inspiring industry leaders engage with the students and share valuable perspectives.

Gopal Swaminathan, a seasoned technology and business leader, spoke on the theme “Aim High with Action and Ambition.” In today’s AI and technology-driven world, he encouraged students to think beyond limitations, stay curious, and continuously build practical skills. Ambition helps students imagine bigger possibilities, but consistent learning and action transform them from job seekers into innovators and problem-solvers.

Irina Ghose, a respected corporate leader with global experience, inspired students with a powerful message: “Start Where You Are, Grow With Discipline.” She highlighted the importance of discipline, adaptability, and embracing the first opportunity that comes their way — because every experience contributes to long-term career growth.

This initiative was driven by a passionate team working to improve student employability — Suma Prasad, Tejashree, and Vincent D’Souza– who continue to strengthen the bridge between academia and industry.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the Principals of the participating colleges and the Trustees of the institutions for their continued support in enabling such meaningful engagements
