Through our flagship initiative, Dreams Unlimited, we have equipped 1,000+ college-going final year students with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to become workforce-ready.

What Made Dreams Unlimited Powerful?

• 80 hours of seamless integration of employability training into academic schedules

• A structured, multi-skill approach:
  – 30 hours of Aptitude & Soft Skills – Confidence, communication, and interview mastery
  – 25 hours of Digital Literacy – Excel, MS Office, and real-world tech know-how
  – 25 hours of Domain/Functional Skills – Business acumen across HR, Sales, Finance, and more

• 25 placement drives, over 777 job offers, and rising!

Delivered across NMKRV College, GFGC Malleshwaram, and SJR College with 20 desktops donated by Sasken and 20 laptops donated by Applied Materials to ensure digital access, and personal mentorship from CSR leaders, this project has gone beyond just skill-building — it’s about unlocking dreams and creating pathways to financial independence.

• SROI: 25.75:1 — For every ₹1 invested, we generated over ₹25 in social value

• Over 5,500 girls trained through our skill initiatives since inception (2019 -)
