National Science Day 2025 showcased the power of hands-on STEM learning. Through 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐬, an initiative to encourage young girls to embrace science practically, we took two meaningful steps this year:

𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬: Donated scientific equipment to 13 government school science labs, ensuring students can experiment, explore, and engage with science beyond textbooks. The equipment was tailored to each school’s needs, ensuring maximum impact.

𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Schools across the region participated in a science contest, culminating in a vibrant Science Expo on February 28. More than 𝟏𝟓𝟎 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟏𝟑 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝟕𝟎+ 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐬, demonstrating their creativity and problem-solving skills. From AI gesture-controlled machines to Space models, their ingenuity was truly inspiring!

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• First Place: 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐇𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 – A device to accurately measure height using automated sensors.
• Second Place: 𝐕𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 – A model designed to alert drivers about fuel filling frauds levels with enhanced accuracy.
• Special Mention: 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚 & 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 – An IoT akin-enabled solution for efficient urban mobility.

Models like 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐭, 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐈-𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 left the audience in awe. Sustainable solutions like Rainwater Harvesting, Waste Segregation, and Solar Energy Traffic Control brought the STEM vision full circle!
